About Sue

Sue Bream loves to help her clients feel better in and about their bodies!

Let’s face it, many of us struggle with how we feel about our bodies.  We tell ourselves that we are too round, too flabby, not strong enough, etc.  Sue’s passion lies in helping her clients eliminate those feelings by learning how to make better fitness and nutritional choices.

She is compassionate, easy to get along with, and a fun person to be around.  Combine these qualities with a strong knowledge base in fitness and healthy eating and weight loss, and you have a personal trainer that gets results!

With over 15 years working in the fitness industry, Sue knows what it takes to motivate clients to exercise regularly, eat better, and work towards their goals.  Her clients stay with her for a long time.

A little history………Sue Bream is an A.C.S.M. and A.C.E. certified personal trainer and Certified Pilates Instructor, as well as Advanced Open Water scuba diver.   She has worked in the fitness industry since 1998 and has been teaching Pilates since 2007.

As a woman who is “over 50”, Sue gets what it takes to go through various age-related changes in the body.  This is a bonus when you are looking for a trainer who can listen to you when you talk about “hot flashes” or post-partum issues, or even age-related aches and pains such as arthritis or decreasing energy.

Sue leads a very active life which includes running, swimming, strength training, Pilates, scuba diving, fly fishing, kayaking, and occasional paddle boarding.  Half-marathons call to her and she hopes to keep doing them forever!
