Health Coaching

Do any of these sound familiar?  You have been struggling to find a way to balance work, family, and a healthy active lifestyle.  Everyone tells you what to eat and how to lose weight, but you cannot figure out what works for your body.  Perhaps you find it almost impossible to get off the couch and get going without some outside support. Or, maybe you do fine for a while with your nutrition and fitness, but always get stuck and struggle to get back on track?

What is Health Coaching?

A Health Coach works with clients one-on-one to help them adopt healthy lifestyle changes. These changes can include nutritional and weight-management coaching, exercise programming and guidance, stress management, and motivational support for any or all of these.

A Health Coach is a health educator and promoter, a guide, a good listener, and an active partner in their client’s overall wellness plan.  They are current in the latest research related to weight management and nutrition, and fitness.

Your relationship with me as your Health Coach is a direct reflection of what you put into it.

As your Health Coach, I will guide you to make decisions, to take action, and to be honest with yourself and with me about your both progress and your challenges.  I am not here to tell you what to do.  I am here to guide you to make healthier decisions and provide you with enough information and insight to effect these changes.


Who Will Benefit?

Anyone who is having a difficult time getting their fitness and fitness-related health on track.  This could be someone who wants to start an exercise program and lose weight, someone who was recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and needs to learn to eat healthier and exercise, someone who loves to exercise and eat healthy, but needs ongoing support and motivation, etc.

You might already be working with me as your personal trainer, or another personal trainer, or exercising regularly on your own, but want outside support either with motivation, nutrition,  improving your health, stress management, or extra accountability.

The beauty of this program is that we can be anywhere in the world!  Through the use of the internet, we can experience a coaching/client relationship that is still intimate and personal.

One-Month Trial   $99.00

Three-Month Package   $270.00

Six-Month Package   $510.00

What You Get

You receive an initial one-hour consult with Sue either in person (if local) or via Skype or Facetime.  We will go over a series of questions that will help us determine what your needs are for health coaching and establish some goals.

After that, you will receive weekly check-ins with Sue via email or text.  Through these check-ins, we will review your progress for the week, set new detailed goals for the next week, and answer any questions that have come up.

You will receive a once/month in-person or Skype or Facetime session with Sue to check in on a more personal level.
