Outdoor and Indoor Boot Camp Classes
The Locks are a great place for an outdoor class because everything that we need is right there….stairs, railings for tubing, open spaces, and wonderful views with Great Blue Heron “fly-bys”.
My goal with this class is to motivate you to push yourself. You can get a little lower in your squats, get up those stairs a little faster, work those muscles a little harder!
Outdoor classes are scheduled periodically on Saturday mornings throughout the summer, depending on my schedule.
We also meet indoors on select Saturdays at the EDGE. The start time varies, but is generally between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m.
The indoor classes are fun and a great workout. Space is limited, so please check with me if you want to attend. I would love to put you through a great workout!
If you want to be added to my email list for these classes, let me know. Summer is such a busy time for myself and my clients that it is not feasible to hold classes every weekend.
