Personal Training with Sue is such a wonderful way to be held accountable for your fitness goals, as well as to be coached and supported and get results. Whether you are seeking out personal training because you want to start to get in shape, haven’t lifted weights in a while and want to do it the right way, already workout, but need some motivation or program tweeking, or perhaps you have been told by your Doctor to get exercising…..you have come to the right place!
Sue has been a Personal Trainer since 1998 and loves helping people get fit and achieve their health and fitness goals.
Her clients love working with her because she really cares about them, and it shows!
Sue offers individually designed Personal Training sessions on a one-to-one or shared basis as well as a variety of regular classes, including Pilates Mat Classes.

TRX Circuit Class
Outrageously Fit Personal Training Studio -Mondays 6:30 p.m.
$20 drop-in fee
This overall conditioning class combines the amazing TRX Suspension System along with other body weight, balance, agility, and cardiovascular stations in a circuit training forma The TRX was created by the U.S. Navy Seals. It uses your own body weight and gravity to give you an incredible workout. This class will improve your strength, power, balance, agility, flexibility, as well as cardivascular conditioning.
Class size is kept small to ensure the workout is safe, effective, and geared specifically toward individual fitness levels and goals. 4 people minimum and 6 people maximum.

Women & Weights
Outrageously Fit Personal Training Studio – Tuesdays and Thursdays 6 to 7 am
Improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. We use free weights and bands in addition to the fitness ball and a variety of fun and challenging exercises to reach your fitness goals. This class is made up of a small group of women who are very dedicated to exercise and supportive of each other. They welcome new members!
It is hard to believe that at 6 a.m., friendships could flourish, sweat could pour, and workouts could be fullfilling, but this group proves that it all can happen.
