Testimonials:

"Everything I could ask for in a trainer"

Sue has been my coach for some 6 months since my doctor strongly suggested that exercise was the best thing I could do for my health. While exercising has never been something I have cared to, I must say that I enjoy my three times a week sessions. Sue never ceases to amaze me how much relevant training and knowledge she has to offer. She is most personable and has a good sense of humor that makes the time fly. My workouts are never the same yet always cover training in strength, balance, and endurance. I have stayed with her because she appears to understand my needs and treats me with respect. I am experiencing continuous progress. -Ken

"Sue has a terrific knowledge base and years of experience indesigning individualized fitness programs.  As a result, she varies eachworkout to keep it challenging and interesting while her calm andencouraging manner insures steady improvement."---Margie

I have taken Sue's early morning fitness class for years. The class has from
4-6 members.  Over the years we have become quite bonded.  I this is
partially due to Sue's relaxed style.  The atmosphere is friendly and
supportive.  Sue is very aware of each student's abilities and individual
needs. She knows just when to add a challenge or when to suggest we make a
modification to avoid injury.  This class works for me because I know that
someone cares if I come or not.  I am not just a name on the rooster.

"I HATE TO EXERCISE!! Or, at least I did hate to exercise until I started working out with Sue. As with many people who have been overweight most of their lives; I tried exercise programs, health clubs, and diets and finally gave up. I came to Applied Health & Bodyworks due to arthritic knees and a need to strengthen the muscles around my knees. I started working out with Sue in July and since then I’ve lost weight (without strict dieting!!!), significantly reduced my knee pain, and strengthened the rest of my body. I now have Abs again! I have more energy and I even look forward to my exercise sessions. Sue’s positive feedback, cheerful attitude, and varied exercise program encourages me, while keeping me from getting bored by repetition.” ---Kathy
