Pilates Mat Class For Moms
Fall 2011
The next session will start December 14th for 6 weeks (new students can start anytime and I will prorate your fees)
When? Wednesdays 10 a.m. (50 minutes)
Where? Outrageously Fit Personal Training Studio, Ballard
Minimum of 4 people to make a class, maximum of 8
Cost? $120 plus tax
Instructor: Sue Bream, Certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer
Do you want to workout with other moms who all have a lot in common? This class has a great reputation for being fun and a good workout!
Pilates is the best way to strengthen and tone your core muscles. During pregnancy and after childbirth, no matter how long ago you gave birth, your body has gone through numerous changes, including weakening and stretching the abdominals and pelvic floor muscles, often stressing the back muscles, and tightening the front of the shoulders and chest muscles.
Moms deserve to focus their attention on themselves for part of the day, especially when it comes to their health and physical fitness.
This class incorporates mat techniques and core conditioning with fitness balls, dumbells and more.... to firm up those abs, legs, buns, and upper body muscles, burn calories, and improve your posture, flexibility, and more.
Minimum of 4 people to make a class, maximum of 8. Instructor: Sue Bream, Certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer
Pilates Mat Classes
Increasing core muscle development is of primary importance as it will improve posture, strength, flexibility, and mobility of the spine! This will improve performance of your daily activities or sports - and Pilates is fun.
BALLARD Next 6 week session starts on

MAGNOLIA Located at Village Yoga (right in the heart of Magnolia Village)
Pilates Mat Classes will be ongoing on Mondays/Thursdays at 12:30 p.m. Village Yoga is a brand new studio, very friendly atmosphere, and great place!

There is currently room for two more participants!
Learn the benefits of working out with the Fitness Ball. Improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Class will use free weights and bands in addition to the fitness ball and a variety of fun and challenging exercises to reach your fitness goals.
This class is basically small-group personal training where everyone works out according to their own plan. Ideas are shared among the group, so there is never a shortage of new exercises to try.
Currently, this class is made up of a small group of women who are very dedicated to exercise and supportive of each other. They welcom
e new members!
It is hard to believe that at 6 a.m., friendships could flourish, sweat could pour, and workouts could be fullfilling, but this group proves that it all can happen!
We are pretty much at maximum capacity, but if you are interested, inquire anyway and we may be able to fit you in!

When? Monday nights at 6:00 p.m in the exercise room at the SCCA (Seattle Cancer Care Alliance) House.
"Women of all fitness levels are encouraged to join this certified instructor led class. From cancer patients to survivors, there is an exercise activity appropriate for you. Focus is on stretching, strength training, and cardio-workouts. Enjoy the camaraderie of other women in this safe and supportive environment."
Must be a member of Team Survivor NW to attend classes. Membership and classes are free!!
"Some of the women in this Monday night class have been attending the class for longer than I have
been teaching it (3 years). We have all really bonded during class and I value each and every one of them!
Personal Boot Camp/Bridal Bootcamp
Do you need to get in shape quickly for an event like a wedding, family reunion, vacation, event, etc.?
Ideally, we can start you out at least 6 weeks prior to your goal and you will see and feel the results!
We will meet a minimum of 3 times a week. You will have homework! Your homework will be to eat consciously, get plenty of rest, and stretch!
Current and past clients are training or have prepared for a triathlon, a wedding, vacation, ski season, and more!
