Inspiration
I have exercised all of my adult life. Over the years, I have encountered many challenges in adhering to my goals and daily exercise plans, whether it be because of work or family obligations, pregnancies (2), injuries, illnesses, travel, or just plain old didn't feel like it!

Because I thrive on being fit and feel better when I exercise, I have become a master at creatively figuring out how to get exercise when plans change, weather is inclement, or I am too tired to go for that "hard" workout as planned.

I really believe that it is better to do something than nothing, even if this means taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or taking the dog out for a vigorous 20 minute walk instead of the hour run that I had planned, or going for a skate around Green Lake instead of 20 miles on the Burke Gilman trail, or even stretching and working my abs instead of a full-blown weight workout.

I can help you do the same." Sue Bream
